How can I add new publications for my account?

You can add new publications for your account using the form on this page: https://publishers.publication.media/publications/create/

You will need to fill out the form with the following details:

URL for the publication
number of days needed to post a new article that has been assigned to the publication
URL for an example article currently published on the sit
price per post (i.e. the rate that you will accept for publishing an article on the publication)

If you have multiple publications that you'd like to add, we recommend bulk importing the publications with a CSV file here: https://publishers.publication.media/publications/import/

The Publication Media team will review your new publication(s) and either activate for new article assignments or issue a counteroffer. Counter-offers for your publications (whether initiated by our team or by you if your price needs to be changed at any point in the future) can be managed on this page: https://publishers.publication.media/publications/#id-publication-counteroffer

Question 2

When will I receive new articles to publish?

Accepted Answer

You will be notified by email when new articles are available to be published on your website(s).

The email will be sent from alerts@publication.media and there will be a link included that you can click to log in to your publisher account.

Question 3

How much will I be paid for publishing articles?

Accepted Answer

You will be paid the amount listed as the price per post for your publication(s).

payment amount = price per post x number of articles posted on the publication

These rates can be viewed on the "Publications" page within the Publisher Dashboard: https://publishers.publication.media/publications/

The “Cost” column shows what we will pay you for an article posted on each of publication.

If you can no longer publish articles on one of your publications, you should disable the publication using the toggle button. This will prevent you from receiving new article assignments for this publication.

If the price is incorrect on a publication, you must tell us PRIOR to posting an article. If you post an article, you will be paid the rate listed. We cannot change this after the fact. If an article is assigned to a publication, and the price for the publication has changed, simply reject the article and note the new price.

Please note: if you are able to accept posts at a lower price than previously offered, this will increase the amount of articles assigned to your site and can maximize the overall amount of revenue that you can generate from our partnership.

Similarly, increasing the price for your publication negatively impacts the appeal of your website leading to less posts assigned to your site and potentially a lesser amount of revenue generated. Any price increase that is exceedingly beyond a reasonable valuation f

When will I be paid for publishing articles?

Payments are issued every week on Tuesdays via PayPal. The amount received accounts for all of the articles that you have successfully published within the preceding week. We know an article has been posted, because you (the publisher), have entered a link to the live article into the form in the dashboard.

How can I update the price for my publication?

If you need to update the price for your publication, please create a counteroffer using the "Create counter offers for publications" button on this page: https://publishers.publication.media/publications/

If you post an article, you will be paid the rate listed. We cannot change this after the fact. If an article is assigned to a publication, and the price for the publication has changed, * please reject the article and note the new price.

Note that if you are able to lower the price per post for one or more of your publications, this will increase the number of articles assigned to your publication(s) and can maximize the overall revenue that you can generate from our partnership.

Similarly, increasing the price for your publication negatively impacts the appeal of your website leading to less posts assigned to your site and potentially a lesser amount of revenue generated.
